DRA-11544 - USA (Hamilton, New Jersey) - Survey Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide survey services to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ. – The Contractor must provide two emergency contact telephone numbers to agency in case an emergency call is received at the agency or at the Township Police Department during non–business hours.– Be able to provide personnel, transportation and equipment necessary to respond tomark–out requests.– Maintain any needed sanitary sewer system force main maps for each of agency current twenty–eight pump stations or any future Utility force mains.– Agency has a complete set of system maps which indicate the location, size and length of the sanitary sewer force mains for its entire collection system.– The Contractor will be responsible for performing all responses and mark–outs on both an emergency and non–emergency basis accurately and within the specified timeframe.– The digital CAD files shall have mapped features and associated text stored on unique layers. The CAD files shall be saved with a display view matching the submitted hardcopy print.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
