(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Byron, CA.– Provide security guard services which include:a. Quality customer service.b. Vehicle and pedestrian access control.c. Vehicle and foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of SWP property.d. Observe activities, assess, and report on activities.e. Monitor closed–circuit television (CCTV) for non–approved activity.f. Monitor and respond to radio and telephone calls.g. File reports, logs, and other documents in an accurate and timely manner.h. Supervision and management of security personnel.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 1, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
