(1) Vendor needs to provide general maintenance services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Provide General Maintenance Services for twenty–three branch libraries.– Repairing, assembling, installing, relocating, and anchoring furniture, Library shelving, book carts, cabinets, displays, signs, artwork, clocks, and similar items.– Identifying and temporarily securing sidewalk hazards or another unsafe exterior conditions.– Moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and other authorized items within or between Library facilities.– Performing seasonal tasks, including clock adjustments and minor weather preparation work.– Completing other general building maintenance tasks that are within the qualifications of assigned personnel.– Replacing batteries in door counters, clocks, sensors, dispensers, security–system peripherals, and similar equipment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
