The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a contractor who can provide concrete delivery, repair, and finishing services for Planning and Public Works to various work locations throughout Pierce County. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by Purchase Order Number.
