(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership retreat conference service to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO. • Provide conference services for the critical incident stress management (CISM) refresher training.• Provide space and room for lunch and dinner on the first day of the conference and breakfast and lunch on the second day of the conference. • Provide and set–up additional equipment such as screens, table podiums, stands, overheads, slide projector, movie projector, VCR, TV/monitor, wireless microphones, AV carts, flip chart stands, splitters/cables, sound patches, etc.• Prepare in advance, guest room check–in registration folios and keys for all reserved rooms.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
