The David L. Tippin Water Treatment Plant and the Morris Bridge Pumping Facility utilize the MaintScape CMMS. To ensure accuracy and consistency of this maintenance and asset management program, the software needs to be upgraded on a regular basis as well as maintain with technical support when needed. GrandRavine Software Limited is the sole owner of MaintScape CMMS software. The source code with makes up the MaintScape application is proprietary and is solely available to GrandRavine Software Limited. Only GrandRavine Software Limited is able to supply upgrades, enhancements, and technical support.
