(1) Vendor needs to provide construction professional services to the government authority located in Commerce, GA. – To work collaboratively with the Design Professional to provide preconstruction serviceswhich may include, without limitation, technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation, in addition to management of the construction– In addition, the Contractor will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
