(1) Vendor needs to provide food distribution services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. • Procurement and distribution of food through the State Food Purchase Program to a minimum of 35 food distribution partners, such as food pantries. • Procurement and distribution of food though The Emergency food Assistance Program to a minimum of 35 food distribution partners. • Develop and implement plans for increasing the number of partners receiving food distributions. • Ensure compliance with all programmatic and reporting requirements from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
