EXTRA-75583 - USA (Arapahoe, Colorado) - Independent Cost Estimating and Review Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent cost estimating and review services to the government authority located in Arapahoe, CO.– Direct cost of work; general conditions; reimbursement for small tools and rental equipment; reimbursement for capital equipment owned by the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) , reimbursement for software and hardware used directly on the Project; allowances and contingency; fees which include offsite costs for general management, overhead and profit; etc(2) A Pre–proposal conference will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
