EXTRA-74806 - USA (Annapolis, Maryland) - Consulting and Actuarial Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting and actuarial services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD. – Provide actuarial and general consulting services.– Perform backups of the web, application, and database servers on a regular basis. This shall include daily incremental backups and full weekly backups of all volumes of servers.– Store daily backups off–site.– Perform a backup recovery at least semi–annually– The Contractor shall develop annual benefits budget forecasts that include, at a minimum, projected expenditures, required revenue, and participant rate development using claim experience, cost and utilization trends and other data from the data warehouse, the insurance carriers, and other sources as appropriate.– Budget to Actual Monthly Reports– The Contractor shall receive and review claim invoice summaries from medical, dental, and drug plan Third Party Administrators (TPAs) on a monthly basis to compare against claim files submitted by medical, dental, and drug plan TPAs for the data warehouse. – The Contractor shall provide data warehousing capabilities that will accept a minimum of five (5) years’ data from incumbent warehouse.– The Contractor shall provide actuarial projections on bills and joint resolutions introduced by the General Assembly during the legislative session (generally early January through mid–April each year) that propose a change that may affect the Program benefits.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for seven years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.
