(1) Vendor needs to provide magazine advertising sales and management services.– Increase advertising revenue for state magazine through proactive print advertising sales.– Manage all aspects of print advertising sales for the three annual issues (January, May, August).– Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on advertisers aligned with audience.– Optionally propose and manage digital advertising services.– Maintain regular communication and provide sales pipeline visibility to staff.– Provide consulting on advertising best practices and revenue optimization.– Digital advertising.– Client relationship management.– Sales strategy and plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
