(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefit managers oversight and reform implementation services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Support the enforcement of new regulatory requirements, including the elimination of spread pricing, prevention of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) steering practices, facilitation of 100% rebate pass–throughs, development of annual transparency reports, plan audits, market conduct examinations and provide comprehensive PBM management services.– Works requests may include general oversight, Attorney Services, Pricing Specialist Services, Prescription Drug Specialist Services, Fraud Auditing Services, Forensic Accounting Services, Data Specialist Services, and Staff Training Services. – Provide the audits, financial analysis, investigative support, reporting infrastructure, and other deliverables outlined within this solicitation.
