(1) Vendor needs to provide advertisement and marketing services.– Provide comprehensive marketing services to enhance agency brand and outreach initiatives.– Run an informational campaign to create community awareness of publicly funded early childcare and education opportunities to eligible families for children ages 6–weeks to 4 years old.– Develop a campaign strategy– Website audit for accurate and updated information– Provide campaign planning and consultation– Provide Quarterly Reports and campaign updates as needed– Provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to improve visibility across traditional search engines and generative AI–powered search and discovery tools– Provide monthly updates on purchasing, media buys, vendor commitments, production orders, and related expenditures(2) A virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
