This allows our members to efficiently and cost-effectively purchase from local and national vendors. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish contract(s) with highly qualified contractor(s) to provide refuse collection vehicles, supporting equipment, and related services for the City of Tempe and 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members) as needed. The initial term of this cooperative contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions.
