(1) Vendor needs to provide airline drive intersection and griggs road crossing improvement services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Provide construction services for the removal of existing span–wire traffic signals and the installation of mast–arm traffic signals with luminaires, LED traffic signal heads, LED countdown pedestrian signal heads, APS pushbuttons and loop detection systems.
