J&DR BUILDING MASONRY REPAIRS

The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for Project ID for Project Title . The scope of work for the J&DR Courthouse focuses on exterior restoration and preservation efforts. The project includes cleaning and repointing the existing stone stairs to restore their appearance and integrity, as well as repairing and repointing deteriorated areas of the brickwork to ensure long-term stability and durability. In addition, the project will address the metal handrails by repairing any damaged sections and applying protective coatings through surface preparation and repainting. These improvements will enhance both the safety and aesthetic quality of the courthouse entry areas while extending the service life of the existing materials.
