The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services - Purchasing Unit, invites responses to a Request for Proposals to provide comprehensive prevention and diversion services for youth. These services are essential in supporting at-risk youth, addressing underlying needs, and reducing involvement in the juvenile justice system. Through this RFP, Shasta County Probation seeks innovative and collaborative providers county-wide who can deliver comprehensive services that meet youth where they are, respond to their unique needs, and create pathways away from Probation involvement and the juvenile justice system.
