(1) Vendor needs to provide town attorney legal services to the government authority located in Niantic, CT.– Legat advice and counsel on the day'to–day operations of a municipia government– Drafting ordinances and managing the Town's hearing and approval process for proposed ordinances– Contract/document review and drafting, legaI review of requests for proposals, and legal review of other purchasing and procurement matters– Overseeing charter revision commissions and supervising the procedures and process the commission uses in drafting an amended charter Representation in reaI estate transactions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 6,2026.
