Vendor needs to provide therapy services to provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech–language pathology, and school psychology services on an as–needed basis for the district to the government authority located in Yuma, AZ.1. Physical therapy services:– Physical therapists shall provide services to students that include, but are not limited to, conducting physical therapy evaluations and assessments; providing direct and consultative physical therapy services; developing recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions based on student needs; and addressing mobility, positioning, access, gross motor functioning, and participation within the educational environment, as applicable.2. Occupational therapy services:– Occupational therapists shall provide services to students that include, but are not limited to, conducting occupational therapy evaluations and assessments; providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services; developing recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions based on student needs; and supporting students in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory–motor functioning, visual–motor skills, self–care, positioning, accessibility, and participation in educational activities, as applicable.3. Speech–language pathology services:– Speech–language pathologists shall provide services to students that include, but are not limited to, conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments; providing direct and consultative speech–language services; developing recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions based on student needs; and providing services addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and functional communication, as applicable.4. School psychology services:– School psychologists shall provide services to students that include, but are not limited to, conducting psychoeducational evaluations and re–evaluations; administering, scoring, and interpreting appropriate assessment instruments; conducting observations, interviews, record reviews, and other activities associated with student evaluations; and preparing comprehensive written evaluation reports.
