Vendor needs to provide addiction and support prevention services to the government authority located in New York.• The program’s goal is to reduce and prevent substance misuse and substance use disorders across the lifespan including underage drinking, alcohol misuse, illegal drug use, medication misuse, and underage gambling.• Reducing the prevalence of substance misuse and problem gambling in County across the lifespan.• Delaying the initiation of substance misuse and problem gambling behaviors among youth and young adults for as long as possible.• Decreasing the negative health, social, educational, and economic consequences and costs, associated with substance misuse and problem gambling.• Preventing the escalation of substance misuse and problem gambling behaviors to levels requiring treatment through early identification, brief intervention, and referral if needed.• Reducing underage drinking, alcohol misuse, illegal drug use, medication misuse, and problem gambling.
