(1) Vendor needs to provide public investment advisory services to the government authority located in Round Rock, TX. • Provide ongoing support and analysis for evaluating investment opportunities in context of operating cash flow and prudent return on investment, including the following:• Develop and recommend investment strategies consistent with PFIA requirements and District cash flow needs, prioritizing safety, liquidity, and appropriate yield.• Provide guidance on allowable investments under agencies, pools, and certificates of deposit.• Monitor portfolio performance, including interest rate risk and diversification, and provide regular portfolio reviews with recommendations and supporting documentation.• Advise on investment of bond proceeds and construction funds, including cash flow planning, draw schedules, maturity alignment, principal preservation, and arbitrage compliance considerations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
