Description
The Project consists of providing an upgrade to the school building's HVAC systems including interfacing a remote Central Monitoring and Control Station (located at 14800 Joplin Road, Manassas, VA 20112) to a new Automoated Controls System (provided in this Contract), along with proving all related infrastructure upgrade work at Occoquan Elementary School. All Bidders shall obtain at least one full set of bidding documents from the Architect: b2E Consulting Engineers, P.C., 116 N. Edwards Ferry Road, NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. Telephone: 703.737.0400. All Addenda will only be posted on the PWCS website. Option Pre-Bid Conference: February 18, 2014 @ 9:00 a.m. in the Cafeteria of Occoquan Elementary School, 12915 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge, VA 22192. For further details potential bidder must obtain plans and specs.
