Description

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a rapid response mechanism to support Track 2.0 style peacebuilding convenings in conflict-affected regions of strategic importance to the United States. This program will provide flexible, timely support for convening civil society actors, activists, journalists, and other key stakeholders who are essential to advancing and sustaining peace processes in priority regions including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cambodia, Thailand, DRC, Rwanda, and other conflict affected regions of strategic importance. Funding activity: Funding to support Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. Eligibility: The following organizations are eligible to apply; include all that apply, and indicate US, foreign, or both. For example: - US or foreign not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations - Public and private educational institutions - Public International Organizations and Governmental institutions Award ceiling: 1,973,359 CFDA: 19.345
