(1) Vendor needs to provide media small grants competition service in indonesia. • Projects must support capacity–building programs for Indonesians with a focus on journalism and should address one or more of the following themes: press freedom; digital freedom; data–driven journalism; facts–based journalism/countering propaganda; investigative journalism; or AI in journalism• Activities involving fact–checking, verification, or information integrity under this program shall focus on objectively verifiable information, evidence–based investigative methods, and technical approaches for identifying manipulated or AI–generated content.• Press freedom• Digital freedom• Data–driven journalism• Facts–based journalism / countering propaganda• Investigative journalism (including promoting transparency and accountability in government)• AI in journalism
