STAFF-17039 - USA (Camden, New Jersey) - Special Counsel Hearing Officer Services - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special counsel hearing officer services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Serving as a hearing officer for various civil disputes including, but not limited to, disputes as to the imposition of tax liens, license revocation, suspension or termination, disciplines of all kinds;– Prepare detailed findings of fact and conclusions of law with respect to hearings;– Render fair and impartial decisions with respect to hearings;– Legal research and/or advisory opinions as needed;– Attend meetings of the Governing Body upon request;– Provide guidance, periodic updates and make recommendations to the City Attorney.– Extensive civil trial experience.– Perform other legal services as required under the direction of the City Attorney.
