(1) Vendor needs to provide energy administration advanced reconductoring feasibility study technical services to the government authority located in Millersville, MD.– Providing the technical services needed to deliver this advanced reconductoring feasibility study.– Evaluation will assess the potential to increase transmission capacity, improve operational efficiency and system reliability, and reduce overall costs– Study will evaluate the strategic replacement of existing conventional transmission lines with advanced carbon fiber and composite–core conductors, as well as the application of grid–enhancing technologies(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
