(1) Vendor needs to provide campus wayfinding and signage services. – Fabricate, furnish, deliver and install the agency’s new campus wayfinding a signage system. • Project coordination:– Attend a project kick–off meeting with agency.– Review the completed signage design, drawings, specifications and signage schedule.– Verify site conditions and proposed signage locations prior to fabrication.• Shop drawings and submittals:– Prepare and submit shop drawings, material samples, color samples, and fabrication details for agency review and approval prior to fabrication.• Sign fabrication: Fabricate all signage identified in the project documents in accordance with the approved design, dimensions, materials, colors, graphics, typography, and construction details.• Existing signage: – Remove existing signage identified by agency for replacement.– Properly dispose of or return removed signage as directed by agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
