(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement condition analysis services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.– Project management – includes budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing throughout the duration of the project,– Pavement condition scenario analysis conducts up to four pavement condition funding scenarios using the city’s database with up–to–date work history and the latest pavement condition indices,– Post processing to obtain network–level results if authorized by the public works project manager, the consultant will be asked to post–process the results into excel to calculate.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
