(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Managed security services to provide off–hours primary coverage, platform tuning, and operational support for strategic security stack. – Provide weekend, overnight, and holiday primary coverage of the technology, with defined escalation paths and situations.– Assist with tuning, enhancing, and fixing alerts, automations, and core data sources to ensure the district remains as well protected as possible from cyber threat actors.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
