CONS-25096 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Construction Manager at Risk Service - Deadline March 8,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.• This Project’s Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Installation of a code–compliant sprinkler system for the building • New building fire pump • One (1) new exterior emergency generator and associated fuel storage tank • Finish restoration which includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of all ceilings and the upgrade of existing light fixtures and areas affected by the phasing of the project, any special characteristics or needs of the project such as energy or environmental • Site modifications associated with the construction that requires a bituminous driveway, utility modifications if required, a new curb cut and restoration of the lawn area • HVAC and mechanical scope to improve the volume and temperature controls throughout the building. Should include centralization of the HVAC controls and elimination of independent local controls. – Scope should also include verification of the existing control infrastructure to incorporate this. – Patient rooms and several supporting and staff spaces need adjustable temperature controls installed to improve patient comfort and quality of care. Pneumatic reheat controls must be replaced with electric and integrated into the Automated Logic BMS. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2027.
