CLEANING-14411 - USA (Washington Township, Michigan) - Municipal Cleaning Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal cleaning services to the government authority located in Washington Township, MI.– Clean glass entry doors, spot clean side glass, dust door frames high and low for cobwebs, clean and disinfect door handles and surrounding area, clean and disinfect light plates and switches, vacuum runner.– Empty trashcans and replace trash bag if needed.– Clean and disinfect counter tops, clean and disinfect sink, clean outside of refrigerator, clean small appliance (i.e. coffee maker, toaster, water cooler) spot clean cabinets.– Spot clean stationary glass, dust and wipe unobstructed surfaces, counters, tables, filing cabinets, clean and disinfect doors and handles, clean and disinfect light plates and switches, vacuum.– Carpet cleaning.– General dusting.– Tile and grout cleaning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9,2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
