(1) Vendor needs to provide media and interpretation services.– Production of 10 social media reels including keynote speeches, participant interviews, and key workshop highlights with relevant broll, optimized for social media platforms in line with branding guidelines. Reels shall include embedded bilingual subtitles.– 5–minute video focused on workshop’s impact and outcomes with highlights from keynote speeches and participants interviews– (to be adapted into social media reels (with subtitles shared as files and embedded bi–lingually for reels). To support video production process and authentic, accurate and representative audio–visual storytelling, agency will provide:– Full transcripts of recorded interviews and event speeches to support final video sequencing– Recommended storyboard of final video sequence that is impact–focused and human–centered– Audio–Visual and Interpretation for 4 days including the following: – Sound System: Includes column speakers, mixer, podium mic for 50 participants. – Wireless Microphone: handheld units for speaker use.
