(1) Vendor needs to provide technical and administrative support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide travel program support for the defense travel system and government travel charge card as well as mail management center technical and administrative support services for strategic systems programs.– Navy enterprise resource planning.– Gateway portal.– Debt management monitor.– Business intelligence reporting tool.– Support structure spans travel profile management, system troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, and database administration.– Initiate and track out–processing actions.– Review open travel documents.– Generate Routing List reports to support routing validation, organizational reviews, and troubleshooting.– Travel help desk support.– Support shall include customer assistance, user–profile maintenance, document troubleshooting, DTA maintenance tool support, reporting, issue tracking, and coordination.– Travel document review and resolution support.– Provide recurring travel–help–desk trend information, including request types, resolution status, recurring issues, and recommended corrective actions.– Records and government coordination.– Travel document auditing.– Compliance tool monitoring and error resolution.– Provide mailroom and mail–handling support.– Services shall include receipt, sorting, processing, distribution, collection, dispatch, tracking, and accountability.(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
