(1) Vendor needs to provide orphan well program service to the government authority located in Denver, CO.  – Orphaned well program (OWP) to assist with the identification and decommissioning of orphaned wells.– Collecting methane emission samples; plugging wells; cutting and capping wellheads; decommissioning abandoned production equipment; removal and abandonment of flowlines; shutting in wells and temporarily decommissioning equipment; monitoring and sampling.– Pre and post plugging methane emissions.– Liquid waste management.– Solid waste management.– Stormwater controls.– Backfill, grading, and re–conturing.– Seedbed preparation and planting.– Plug wells.– Cut and cap wellhead.– Decommission production equipment.– Remove and abandon flowlines.– Shut–in wells and temporarily decommission equipment.– Monitoring and sampling.– TENORM testing– Weed control.– Fencing.– Soil analysis.       (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
