(1) Vendor needs to provide facility management services to the government authority located in Worcester, MA.– Provide 20 hours of project management per week – This time should allow the awarded vendor to plan and execute all needed actions allowing for the smooth and continuous operation of the building.– This will include planning for known outstanding action items and for dealing with unforeseen issues that may arise.– Other uses of these hours include, but are not limited to, scheduling and planning inspections.– project manager should have at least 5 years’ experience in project management, a relevant college degree or specialized building related project management related experience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
