DRA-11134 - USA (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) - Automated Pavement Data Collection Service - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated pavement data collection service to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA. – The selected Proposer will develop a Work Plan that will describe the data collection technology, data collection procedures, analysis procedures and reporting capabilities for each element.– The selected Proposer must collect and report data in accordance with the Commission’s Linear Referencing System (LRS), which will be provided to the selected Proposer in Esri format.– The selected Proposer must indicate the number of data collection vehicles required to complete the pavement data collection within the required collection dates.– Field and data analysis tracking systems to ensure that data is delivered to Commission by the second Monday in December unless otherwise agreed upon by the Commission and the selected Offeror in writing.– Mainline data will be collected in both directions along designated routes in either the rightmost (outer) lane or the center lane if the roadway is a 3–lane configuration.– Data will be collected at posted speed limits and therefore traffic control will not be required.– Panoramic Digital Image Collection, Videolog, & Pavement Dataviewer– The selected Proposer must develop a Pavement Data Collection Quality Management Plan that documents the quality management practices and responsibilities that the Proposer utilizes specifically for pavement data collection provided for the Commission.– Perform Mobile LiDAR Data Collection to inventory assets, collect pavement data, and determine overhead bridge clearances.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
