(1) Vendor needs to provide mass notification system.– Provide a comprehensive mass notification platform with the capability to allow for public safety alerts to be sent to the public through various methods including user sign up, reverse 911, connection to the integrated public alert and warning system.– A comprehensive emergency mass notification and public alert system capable of delivering emergency and non–emergency notifications to individuals, groups, and geographically defined areas.– Direct student information system (sis) integration: direct, automated data integration with institutional student information systems (sis) via secure api or automated data interface for continuous subscriber synchronization, avoiding manual file uploads or batch spreadsheet processing.– Native mobile application for remote administration: full administrative functionality accessible via a dedicated mobile application (ios/android), enabling authorized personnel to issue emergency alerts securely from smart devices when off campus.– Web–based access: system shall be fully hosted by the vendor and accessible through a secure internet connection without requiring the technical college to purchase or maintain dedicated system hardware, servers, storage, or other infrastructure.– The system shall be a single, integrated, secure, internet–based solution designed to support high–volume, time–sensitive notifications through multiple communication methods and devices.– 24/7/365 support: vendor shall provide customer support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for emergency system issues.– Alerting and notification capabilities.– Visitor access and automated ferpa–compliant subscriber management.– Public registration and recipient management.– Message and alert management– System access, security, and administration(2) The contract period will be for five years.
