EXTRA-76295 - USA (South Portland, Maine) - Bicycle-Pedestrian Master Plan Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bicycle–pedestrian master plan service to the government authority located in South Portland, ME. – Bike–Ped Master Plan that will identify options for improving walking and bicycle connectivity citywide and generate a prioritized list of detailed projects with cost estimates to create a safe and accessible network of bike–ped facilities.– The consultant will conduct an initial stock–take and analysis of existing data, plans, and policies to ensure previous work is incorporated, while also identifying gaps in essential data required for the development of a robust bike–ped master plan.– The consultant will deliver a complete GIS geodatabase, standard shapefiles, editable map documents, and print–ready PDFs, as well as a comprehensive project list for identified gaps and priority corridors, and a detailed highpriority project list.– Public input generated through an inclusive and accessible public engagement process.– Synthesis of existing data and plans.– Collection of supplemental data and technical analysis.– Prepare bike–ped master plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
