(1) Vendor needs to provide large diameter main and valve program job order contract service to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Excavation, exposure, assessment, inspection, repair, replacement, and restoration of potable water infrastructure includes pipelines ranging from 16 inches to 108 inches in diameter, operator mechanisms, and associated components. • Excavate and expose water pipelines and large water valves; assess and perform necessary repairs; prepare sites for repair activities; install manholes; repair or replace valves, including valve bypasses; backfill, compact, and complete final street pavement restoration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026.
