(1) Vendor needs to provide oversight management and administration service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.• Provide overall management responsibility for scheduling and monitoring activities to achieve compliance of agency requirements, and annual reporting of performance of required activities• The Agency shall include:– Sample location, whether samples are collected instream (i.e., upstream anddownstream), from outfalls during wet weather events, or a combination of bothlocations. Bacteriological samples must be collected instream. – If the permittee chooses to conduct outfall sampling and there are multiple outfalls located on an impaired waterbody, then the permittee may choose representative outfalls for sampling in placeof sampling all outfalls;– Sample type, frequency, and any seasonal considerations;– Implementation schedule to start monitoring for each pollutant of concern;– Map showing the location of the impaired waters, the monitoring location, and allidentified MS4 outfalls located on the impaired waters or occurring within one linearmile upstream of the waters, or a schedule for confirming the location of these outfalls;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
