INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids are hereby invited by the Parish of Caddo for IFB #26-10, Roll-Off Refuse Truck Complete Documents may be obtained, without charge, from the Procurement Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. Bids shall be submitted on an official proposal form furnished with the bid package. No bid submitted in any other form would be considered or accepted. The bid shall be returned in the enclosed envelope clearly marked as: IFB #26-10, Roll-Off Refuse Truck Bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m., on August 27, 2026 by the Procurement Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. No bid shall be received after this date and time. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Parish Administrator or a designated representative at the above stated date and time. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.
