(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Oswego, NY.– Conduct a site visit and perform a comprehensive assessment of the existing retaining walls and associated site conditions.– Evaluate the structural integrity, stability, drainage and overall condition of the retaining walls.– Identify any deterioration, movement, settlement, cracking or other deficiencies affecting the performance of the walls.– Determine whether the retaining walls can be safely repaired or reinforced, or whether complete replacement is recommended.– Review applicable building codes, engineering standards and local regulatory requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
