Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA 6714 RFB Reference No.: PK-EDUPMU-556137-GO-RFB The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SCIENCE LAB EQUIPMENT IN 38 NOS OF MIDDLE TO HIGH SCHOOLS. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF SCIENCE LAB EQUIPMENT IN 38 NOS OF MIDDLE TO HIGH SCHOOLS to be delivered and installed in 38 Nos of Middle to High schools across Peshawar Nowshera, Swabi and Haripur within a period of Three (03) months. Bidders may Bid for one or several Lots, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and inspect the bidding document during office hours. (09:00AM to 5:00 PM) at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000/- . The method of payment will be cash payment. The bidding documents should be delivered by hand at the address given below. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 am, 07th July 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11:45 am, 07th July 2026.
