HR-9163 - USA (New Bedford, Massachusetts) - Payroll Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll services to the government authority located in New Bedford, MA.      – For processing and recording employee regular earnings and all supplemental earnings in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.– The payroll system shall allow entry and retrieval of payroll and personnel data by compatible PC's and electronic devices via client/server and/or internet connection.– The payroll system must be able to support employees working in a variety of programs, departments, and different physical locations.– The city employs over 4,051 individuals per year. Employees are paid bi–weekly.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
