CONS-21672 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Elevator Modernization Project Construction Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide elevator modernization project construction services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Project will include replacements of the elevator components within the existing shafts and machine rooms with associated electrical, mechanical, and architectural finish work as required.– Remove loose, degraded paint from exterior enclosure. Paint all existing painted surfaces at the exterior enclosure with a high–performance coating to match existing color.– Replace elevator pit ladder.– Clean and paint machine rooms walls and floors.– Firestop all penetrations (walls, floor, soffit) into machine room.– Replace roofing membrane system. (Note that roof decking shall remain).– Replace landing door sills, providing a heated sill.– Replace stainless steel handrail inside cab.– Install new security camera(s) inside cab.– Replace drop/hung ceiling with new downlights.– Power wash the elevator shaft.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
