Vendor needs to provide rail safety and quality support services to the government authority located in Millbrae, California.• Provide qualified safety, security, quality, and executive advisory professionals for planned and unplanned assignments.• Support compliance with applicable Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and other applicable requirements.• Provide oversight for construction safety, corridor and interface coordination, and capital project delivery.• Provide independent quality assurance oversight aligned with the Caltrain Quality Management Plan (QMP), applicable transit quality guidance, and recognized quality management principles.• Support development, implementation, maintenance, and refresh of safety programs, including, as applicable, the System Safety Program Plan (SSPP) and Passenger Train Emergency Preparedness (PTEP) program.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
