CSE-24001 - USA (College Station, Texas) - Armed Security Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security services to the government authority located in College Station, TX.– Monitor access to campus buildings and grounds, enforcing visitor management protocols.– Provide a visual deterrent at drop off and pickup locations during arrival and dismissal.– Conduct regular patrols of campus interiors and exteriors to identify and address security concerns, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.– Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity, trespassing, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior.– Maintain a professional demeanor, appropriate communication, and a positive presence that aligns with the culture and values of independent school district campuses.– Participate in campus emergency drills, including lockdown, evacuation, shelter–in–place, and active threat exercises.– Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in incident response as directed.– Communicate effectively with campus administrators, teachers, and staff regarding security matters and daily observations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
