Vendor needs to provide energy management software. – To gather information about the current market for energy management software, autonomous and predictive control platforms, and related measurement and verification (M&V) tools and services.• What building/energy optimization software platforms does the respondent offer (e.g., fault detection & diagnostics, automated system optimization, energy analytics dashboards)?• Are the platforms proprietary, built on open/industry–standard architectures, or a hybrid? Please describe the underlying technology stack.• What integration protocols are supported for connecting to existing Building Automation Systems (BAS) (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonTalk, native/proprietary protocols)?• Can the platform operate using open–source or non–proprietary energy modeling engines (e.g., EnergyPlus, OpenStudio), or does it require a proprietary modeling tool?• What is the typical implementation timeline, and what ongoing licensing, subscription, or maintenance fees apply?• Is the platform offered as a standalone software layer that can be deployed on top of an existing Building Management System without replacing existing hardware or controls?
