(1) Vendor needs to provide brand template and visual communications development system. – Provide graphic designers or design firms to develop a cohesive visual identity system built upon existing brand.– This project is intended to refresh and strengthen communications by creating a suite of evergreen templates, reusable design assets, and supporting brand guidance that will enable our volunteer organization to produce consistent, professional materials for years to come.– Maintain consistency across print and digital communications.– Improve the professional appearance of organizational materials.– Marketing and Communications:• Social media templates.• Email templates.• Rack card template.• Event postcard template.• PowerPoint template.– Interpretive Signage:• Large–format outdoor informational sign.• Designer will develop a modular informational sign incorporating a separately provided trail map.– Visual Identity System:• Develop a lightweight visual identity system that provides with a consistent set of reusable graphic elements for future communications.• Graphic accents and design motifs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
