INSU-6232 - USA (Window Rock, Arizona) - Group Health Insurance Coverage Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide group health insurance coverage service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. – Provide fully insured group health insurance coverage, medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and Short–Term Disability to the employees and the potential of COBRA to employees leaving the organization.– Provide covered individuals with a quality, affordable health insurance program responsive to their needs.– Maintain membership files for all covered individuals.– Maintain central claims processing and customer service capabilities.– Ability to accept claims from and pay reimbursements directly to providers of service.– Provide monthly or weekly accounting statements showing funds received, claims paid, administrative costs and claims exceeding the stop loss limits.– Accurate data tracking and reporting utilization reports, savings analysis and claims delays reviews upon request or through an internet portal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
